How your memorial portrait is made

  1. 1

    Choose a favourite photo

A photo where your companion is clearly visible – an older phone photo is fine. Up to three photos help capture fur and expression precisely.

  2. 2

    Style, name and years

Choose a calm style and, if you like, a name and years for a small nameplate.

  3. 3

    Take your time

After about a minute you will see the preview. You only pay if it feels right.

Questions about memorial portraits

I only have older or blurry photos. Will it work?

Usually, yes. Choose the photo where the face and fur are most visible. Several photos from different angles help too. The free preview shows you the result.

Can the name and years be on the picture?

Yes. Just enter the name and years – they appear small on a nameplate at the bottom. Leave them empty for no text.

Can I be in the picture with my pet?

Yes. Choose “Together” and upload a photo of yourself and one of your pet – even if you have no photo of you together.

My pet was old or ill in the last photos.

We paint your companion healthy, relaxed and the way you want to remember them.

Can I give the portrait as a gift?

Yes. Enter the recipient’s address as the delivery address at checkout. You can also share the digital file yourself.

What happens to the photos?

We use them only for the portrait and delete them automatically after 30 days.
